SF X TEKKEN/SSF4 AE/KOF XIII CASUALS @ my place.

Wow, I am excited because this is the first time I'm going to organize casuals at my place. :mischievous:

Anyway, for the P2D peeps who would like to come, I am having SSF4 AE & KOF XIII casuals sa condo unit namin. (assuming na avail na ang KOF XIII)

- This is tentatively set for EITHER December 16, December 23rd or December 30th (medyo alam ko na we all have to be somewhere else pag holidays kaya undecided pa ako plus I want to download the AE 2012 update in time for the casuals).

- Free food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) :party:

I am already announcing this ahead of time to ensure that if there will be changes to the event, it will be announced beforehand para hindi last-minute.

Ilang tao ang capacity ng condo unit nyo sir? Commuting directions din, from say, Cubao or Ateneo/Katip.

I agree, this sounds like a good idea, esp for those that will be in Metro Manila during the season.

Tantiya ko kasya mga 6-8 people max sa sala tapos another 6 sa labas kasi pati yung balcony gagamitin ko for the food and for the smokers. (bawal yosi sa loob) while people watch and/or play, puwede kumain yung iba. I'm still looking for 2 square tables and monoblock chairs to rent. I have no experience in organizing these things kaya medyo kinakapa ko pa.

As for the directions, if you are coming from the QC area there are a couple of ways you can go to the house:

- Puwede kayong mag EDSA (bus or MRT) get off at guadalupe and then ride any jeep going to market market. I can meet people at Market Market para hindi kayo mahirapan pumunta.
- Or you can take a cab and baybayin nyo ang C5 until you get to market market. I'll meet up with you guys there.

I think that's the right idea, have some dudes at the game setup, and the others at the food/tambay/do something else muna setup. :lol:

Tapos of course you have to keep the noise/distraction to a minimum para hindi sitahin ng sikyu/occupants of the other condo's lol.

UPDATE:

Mga sir, update lang ako:

Right now I am in the process of completing my gaming setup and I am pretty stoked about what we will use kasi double purpose na din because I am also making an investment by buying appliances and what-not.

Anyway, my current concern is the timing kasi walang internet sa bahay ngayon and I really want to pull this off without a hitch so I will have to bring my PS3 to a friend's house para makuha ko yung mga DLC's for both SS4 AE & KOF XIII. May credits pa naman akong hindi pa nagagamit.

Now, this means that the earliest I can get everything updated would be December 14 kasi if memory serves me right sa Dec 13 labas nung AE 2012 tama ba? Sorry, dami kasing ginagawa sa work hindi ko na matandaan. :facepalm:

So expect that it will be either the 23rd or the 30th of December 2011. :party:

Here's what to expect:

Food: Shakey's pizza and mojos. (favorite ko, hehehehehehe)

Non-alcoholic drinks: Coke, Water

Alcoholic Drinks: San Mig Strong Ice & GPS (Gilbey's Premium Strength) possibly Patron kung may mabili ako.

Gaming Setup:

- Panasonic Viera 42" T-42X30 Plasma TV - bibilhin ko pa lang ito to replace the CRT.
- 1 Sony PS3 console hooked up via HDMI
- Altec Lansing Octane 7 or Edifier m3300 speaker system* - undecided pa ako.

Meet Up will be @ Market2x; time is TBA.
